Illumix provides a range of services that are designed to help our customers maximize the value of their investment in our products. The three main lines of business are Bespoke Services, Customer Education and Product Support

Bespoke Services

We currently provide four services to our customers – IT Asset Discovery, Network Analysis, IT Cost Analysis and Risk Analysis. Each of these is described in some detail elsewhere on this web site. The services are delivered as projects, each with a defined Statement of Work and a clearly articulated project plan. In almost every case, some bespoke work is necessary, if only for the production of customer-specified reports.

Customer Education

Illumix provides a variety of standard training courses for customers and partners, which can be tailored to individual requirements. Training is delivered by Illumix consultants and includes hands-on experience of the complete product suite. The objective is to provide course attendees with a detailed understanding of Illumix products and the services they offer, enabling participants to gain business benefit from them in their own environments.

Product Support

Illumix's global services team is focussed exclusively on solving customers’ problems quickly and effectively. We have adopted an integrated communications approach, which includes telephone, email, encrypted file transfer, and site visits as appropriate.
