Stephen J Hill
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Stephen has over twenty years experience in leadership positions within the IT and Internet sectors, with both listed companies and start-ups. Earlier roles include Chairman of Cachelogic Ltd, Chief Executive of Smartlogik Group, Executive Vice President of Inktomi Inc and Interleaf Inc, and a General Manager of Oracle UK. Stephen is also a Board member and advisor to a variety of other companies. He has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Kent and is a Fellow of the RSA.

Elizabeth Brittain
Sales & Marketing Director

Elizabeth also has some twenty years experience in senior positions within Marketing Agencies, including WPP, and in Software and Application Service Providers, such as iProvide, The Cloud, and Microtechs Services Limited. She has performed a wide variety of roles, including New Business Generation, Global Accounts Director, and Client Services Director, and has been responsible for both winning and managing major new accounts in all of the companies for which she has worked. She has a degree in Law from the University of Wales at Aberystwyth.

Dr Ian Palmer
Chief Scientist

Ian has a doctorate in theoretical chemistry and is responsible for all product development within the company. Prior to entering the world of network and software development, Ian was a research fellow in the Computational Chemistry Group of University of Manchester. From 1997 to 2000 he worked as a senior software consultant specializing in implementing early Network Management tools and user based billing services. In 1999 he was awarded the 'CMP Network Engineer of the Year' industry award for the innovative implementation of Usage Based Billing which laid the foundations for the current product capabilities. Having published a number of papers in international computer journals, Ian is regarded as a world thought leader in network traffic analysis, chargeback and transparency.
